Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello.dolcestore@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:  
Room G301, 3/F, Block G, Ka Ming Factory Building, 688-690 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customised products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post the refund.
