Mino-yaki

Mino-yaki carries on Japan's千年-old craftsmanship. It originates from Dachi, Toki City, in the Tono region of Gifu Prefecture, Japan's largest pottery producing area. The "DACHI" mark engraved on the bottom of each dripper is not just proof of origin, but also the pride of the local potters. The artisans use "yohen glaze" during firing, a magical process where the color is determined by the heat. Under the high temperature of the kiln, the glaze produces unpredictable color variations, so every dripper you receive has a unique texture and tone.
