Coffee Brewing Class

Pour-over coffee is simply grinding coffee beans and brewing them with hot water – it's not as complex or exclusive as it might seem, so don't be intimidated! We will use easy-to-understand language, along with essential professional terminology, to teach you how to brew a cup of pour-over coffee in just 10 minutes. Once you understand the principles, you'll surely fall in love with brewing without any fuss. The class is divided into two parts: theoretical introduction and practical brewing, making it suitable for beginners who want to learn brewing in a simple yet serious manner.

Origin - Introduction to the flavor profiles of beans from various regions
Processing Method - Explanation of the characteristics of different processing methods
Roasting - Overview of light and dark roasts for coffee beans
Extraction - Coffee grind size, water temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, pouring speed, and bloom time
Brewing Equipment - Introduction to functional brewing tools
※After the class, each student will take home 2 types (100g) of origin beans or 10 drip bags.
