Mino-yaki

Mino-yaki inherits a thousand years of Japanese craftsmanship. It originates from Dachi in Toki City, Tono region of Gifu Prefecture, the largest pottery producing area in Japan. The potters use "yohen glaze" during firing, a magic that allows the color to be determined by the heat.
