Once you understand the principles, you’ll definitely fall in love with the process and enjoy brewing calmly and confidently. The class is divided into two parts: theoretical introduction and practical brewing. It’s perfect for beginners who want to learn brewing simply but seriously.

• Origin – Introduction to flavour profiles from various coffee growing regions
• Processing – Explanation of characteristics of different processing methods
• Roasting – Overview of coffee bean roasting levels, from light to dark
• Extraction – Grinding size, water temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, pouring speed, and brew time control
• Tools – Introduction to functional brewing tools
